The General Overseer of Christ Cares Ministries International (C.C.M.I), Rev I.K Boateng Antwi has tasked the congregation and the entire C.C.M.I branches across the country to dream big as the church celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Rev. I K Boateng Antwi was making this remark during the visit of Bishop Dekontee and Prophetess L. Johnson's visit to C.C.M.I Adentan. The visit of Bishop Dekontee and Prophetess L. Johnson to C.C.M.I has occasioned the official launching of the 10th Anniversary celebration of the church.

Reading the speech on behalf of the General Overseer of C.C.M.I, the International General Secretary (I.G.S), Pastor Kofi Kyeri Kakari stated that the church has come a long way, after going through challenges and successes since its birth ten years ago.

He said, currently the church can boost of five branches to its achievements of reaching out to the vulnerable across the country, of preaching about Christ and building families, which is the core aim of C.C.M.I, reaching out to Christians and also non-Christians.

“Lots of people in Africa and indeed Ghana are blessed with your endorsement which you brought to our church, but then we do not see it as a mere coincidence, but rather a prophetic and divine arrangement which also endorses our prophetic theme for the year 2011, dubbed “Our Season of Great Harvest.”, Mr. Kakari added.

The General Secretary made mention of the church's appreciation of the commitment to the Frafraha Foster Children's Home and the Catholic Hospital at Buduburam in the Central Region. “We would also place on record your missionary visit to some sister African countries and we are sure that they equally received such tremendous benefits, except that we would want to add that – “if we have found favour in your eyes, do not pass your servants by.” he stressed.

Pastor Kakari noted that, the church's branches are doing extremely well, making an impact in their areas of operation. He said, the latest of the branches, Pantang Chapel, is following suit towards making strides in the growth of the church.

Meanwhile, Christ Cares Ministries International was formed in 2001 and to mark the celebrations, a host of activities have been put in place. These activities are aimed at winning souls for Christ, caring for needy, reaching out to our immediate community and enhancing the spirit of brotherliness.

To climax the 10th Anniversary Celebrations, there will be a Joint Thanksgiving Service to thank God for how far He has brought the Ministry and to appreciate people who have supported us in one way or another through this journey.

The prophetic theme for the year,” Our Season of Great Harvest,” has since the beginning of the year propelled the church to gather instead of picking, and the church has realized the more it gathers, the better it becomes.
