- Preferably worked in Africa in relevant area of work.

and prospects.
• Responsible for taxation, audit, treasury, fund management, business controls and analysis of
the organization.




EPC Head

Job Specifications:
Qualification: Civil Engineer from a premium institute
Experience: - Above 20 years of which at least 5 years should be in Senior Managerial position in
Construction like roads, bridges, railways, housing, ports, pipelines etc.
- Preferably worked in Africa in relevant area of work.
Preferred Industry: Infrastructure/Engineering industry
Role: EPC Head
Functional Area : Project Management/Contract Management/Quality Control/Budgets & Financial reviews
Compensation: Would not be a constraint for the right candidate
Location: Ghana
Job Description:
• Would be heading EPC
• Project Monitoring and review of Project Schedules, ensuring Cost Control within Budgeted Parameters.
• Tendering, Contract Management
• Budgets & Financial reviews
• Should have sound background in handling mechanical, electrical and civil aspects of the project.
• Should Know Quality control aspect of construction in compliance with BIS, MORT&H, IRC, ASTM & BS standards for construction
• Good Communication Skills with the ability to network with Project Members, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Statutory agencies, etc.
• Exposure to HSE aspects of the projects

Job Description
• Supervise design calculations, specifications, drawings and other documents which meet specified EPC contract requirements.
• Monitor preparation detail project Report (DPR) for tender.
• Able to produce Pre-BID design and Bill of quantities and method
• In-depth Knowledge of scope of structural engineering design(such as types of bridges and other structures, geotechnical, foundations, hydraulics etc
• Extensive understanding of structural construction practices and costing procedures.
• Responsible for design checks for quality and compliances.
• Resolve design related site issues.
• Supervise preparation of reports for bidding purposes.

Job Description
• Plans, Organizes and Directs activities associated with Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Media, Government Relations & Corporate Communications.
• Security / Government Liaison - Crisis Management
• Knowledge of immigration rules and procedures for Ghana.
• Similar Experience in Corporate Affairs for any African country.
• Using Key Relationships for Business Development
• Managing external relationships with Government & Police agencies, both strategically as well as day to day maintenance.
• Risk Management Analysis
